Dyno Tuning Terms and Conditions

1. Vehicle Readiness & Pre-Dyno Requirements

To ensure a successful tuning session, the customer’s motorcycle must be delivered in "Race
Ready" condition. By booking a session, you agree that the vehicle meets the following
requirements:
Fuel: The motorcycle must arrive with a full tank of the specific fuel grade intended for
the tune.
Mechanical Integrity: The vehicle must be mechanically sound. This includes, but is not
limited to:
○ No clutch slipping or excessive wear.
○ No exhaust leaks or intake leaks.
○ Healthy engine compression and stable oil pressure.
○ Proper fuel pressure and a clean fuel system.
○ Fresh or high-condition spark plugs.
○ Tires in good condition with proper inflation (no dry rot or cords showing).
○ No active fluid leaks (oil, coolant, or fuel).

2. On-Dyno Repairs & Labor

If a motorcycle requires mechanical work, adjustments, or repairs to proceed with the tuning
process while on the Dyno, the following charges apply:
Labor Rate: $150.00 per hour.
Minimum Charge: A 1-hour minimum ($150.00) will be billed for any mechanical
intervention.
Fuel Surcharge: If the shop must provide fuel to complete the session, it will be billed at
$10.00 per gallon.

3. Scheduling, Deposits, and Cancellations

Dyno days are tightly scheduled. Delays caused by one vehicle impact all subsequent
appointments.
Deposit: A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot.
Technical Failure: If the motorcycle is found to be unfit for tuning due to mechanical
failure or lack of preparation, the session will be terminated.
Rescheduling: At the shop’s discretion, a bike that is not ready may be pulled from the
Dyno and rescheduled. In this event, the $100.00 deposit will be forfeited, and a new
deposit will be required for a future date.

4. Liability Waiver

The customer understands that Dyno tuning subjects the engine and drivetrain to high stress,
high RPMs, and extreme conditions equivalent to track racing.
● The shop is not responsible for any mechanical failures (engine, transmission, clutch, or
tires) that occur during the tuning process.
● It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is capable of withstanding the
rigors of a full-power Dyno pull.
